On removing an old radiator this morning, we discovered the very last bit of wallpaper in our 1930s house. I thought we'd stripped it all, but no, this was behind the curved rad in the bay window of the dining room. We estimate the central heating was installed perhaps in the 60s, so this wallpaper is probably 1950s vintage. Hideous isn't it?? We've stripped worse. 
The heat has discoloured the paintwork in places.
